.NET installation Did Not Succeed

I'm getting issue while install Azure Storage in my system. It's giving pop-up that latest .NET framework to be install. I tried to install same but it's giving "Cannot open an anonymous level security token.

I searched in Microsoft forum about this issue & tried to resolve same but the issue remain same.
I need support to resolve this issue.
