Performance Azure Batch

Question

We are using Azure Batch as a scale-out compute engine and test on a daily basis the performance of Azure Batch with test runs. Our test runs are taking longer and longer over the past 2 months or so. We use Azure Batch with auto-scaling, most of the times in West Europe and West US2 and I have a feeling that the execution is going slower and slower. Is any one else also experiencing this kind of behavior? Is the service performing worse the last couple of weeks? Are there capacity problems or other issues in certain regions that are not communicated? Has the service itself been changed recently and are there additional things we need to implement? I would like to get in touch with some other regular users of Azure Batch to exchange ideas how to tackle this.
