I am developing uwp apps. Windows wants developers to migrate to WinUI 3.

Can WinUI 3 apps be published and monetized in the windows store the same way uwp apps are done?

Or is there any difference in showcasing and monetizing?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

Can WinUI 3 apps be published and monetized in the windows store the same way uwp apps are done?

Yes, it is the same way as the UWP apps. You could package your WinUI 3 apps into an MSIX file and upload it to the store. Here are more details about package a WinUI3 app: Package and deploy apps that use the Windows App SDK

    Thank you.
