SendKeys turning off Caps & Num Lock keys

Question

I have this script Application.SendKeys ("{Down 11}"). When executing it, Caps Lock and Num Lock keys are both turned off.
Is there a way not doing that? thanks.

I assume you're using VBA as your scripting language?
