We are integrating office online using WOPI protocol and have implemented all required WOPI API File Operations for edit - locks , update operations ,userInfo operations as per the documentations - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/cloud-storage-partner-program/rest/
Also we are all following guideline as per the documentations - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/cloud-storage-partner-program/online/scenarios/coauth.
We also done the all the validations tests for locks and its success.
But still co-authoring is not working. When the second users tried to open the document for edit, we are getting reconnect messages repeatedly. are we missing anything

    Hi @Gobinath N ,
    Welcome to Q&A forum!

To help you better, could you please describe the error message in detail or share a screenshot with us?
What is the extension of the file you are trying to collaborate on? Please note that "Co-authoring is only supported on modern file formats including: .docx (Word), .pptx (PowerPoint), and .xlsx (Excel)".
For more information about co-authoring, please refer to: Document collaboration and co-authoring.

Any updates, please let me know.

    Hello @Viki Ji_MSFT

I have below questions related to Co authoring

    1. Does CSPP(cloud storage partner program) support the co authoring by default ? as property SupportsCoauth we need to set it true which is belongs to CSPP plus and I think which is paid.
    2. as per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/cloud-storage-partner-program/online/scenarios/coauth I can't see any such property details how to enable the co-authoring support

    Thanks
