Excel theme 'Colorful' corrupted by new experience updates

When ExperimentConfigs\ExternalFeatureOverrides\excel\Microsoft.Office.UXPlatform.FluentSVRefresh is set to 'true', it causes the following malfunctions in the Excel UI:

  1. The built-in theme 'Colorful' stops being handled properly by Excel. When selecting 'System default' in Excel, the UI instead displays the 'White' theme. When selecting 'Colorful', it displays 'Colorful', but then when viewing the theme setting in Word, the theme selection box shows an empty string. When selecting 'Colorful' in Word, Excel is the one showing an empty string.
  2. The 'quick access bar' gets disabled when the new theme loads the first time. It has to be manually re-enabled and re-positioned back onto the title bar.
  3. The title bar has been modified to be 14px taller, however the quick access bar has not. So its contents are not vertically aligned with the rest of the title bar.
  4. A save button has been added to the title bar. However, the quick access bar also by default includes a save button, so there will now be two next to each other and this has to be manually adjusted by the user.

This post follows up on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/633622/excel-toolbar-corrupted.html and hopes that the Office developers notice that their new UI preview functionality is currently causing incompatibilities with other Office apps, and causing UI inconsistencies within Excel. I can reproduce everything listed above in a clean VM install, by just adding that one registry entry.
