Cannot access email & authenticator

Question

I got a new iphone and i don't have a backup stored in my iCloud account. I also can't access my hotmail email because I have it setup with a 2-step verification. 1 verification is a text to my cellphone and the other is the code it sends to my authenticator (but I can't access that) so even if I tried to manually sign in, i can't because I need the authenticator code.

I'm stuck in this loop that I can't seem to get out of. Please help.

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form
