Windows is broken

Basically, yeah. Windows, is, broken.

firstly, the desktop is black when i log in. The only way i can get by is using CtrlAltDel>Taskmgr>AnyApp>open file location. That isn't efficient. (1.5)
Firstly and a half, explorer.exe just sucks. the file explorer doesnt open within a minute unless the shell explorer is open. now i have to use explorer++, but i can't use that either because right clicking issues.(2)

Secondly, replacement shells don't work, (I'm using CarioShell) because right clicking anywhere (except my browser for some reason) makes the app stop responding

thirdly, Store apps dont work.... INCLUDING SETTINGS

fourthly, all my touchpad gestures are gone.

All because of a restart, with the intent of fixing the search bar not working. now windows doesnt work.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER pls tell meeeee!
