My company created an azure cosmos database account and after the beta release of our application, one day accidentally the database account got deleted. While creating that account developer chose periodic backup with getting backup in every 2 hours. The retention of data duration was set to max of 30 days. Cosmos db account got deleted on 2nd November,2021 and now I want to restore that account. Do I have to create a support ticket to Azure support team in order to recover the account? Please help.

@Satya Nayak Welcome to Microsoft Q & A Community Forum. For your requirement, I would suggest you to immediately create support ticket with Azure Technical Team to restore your Cosmos DB account.
Also while raising support ticket do gather the information mentioned in this document so that Azure Cosmos DB support team can assist you quickly.
