Azure AD 테넌트 이슈

회사의 보안장비에서 테넌트를 사용하고 있습니다. login.live.com 에서 로그인 시 Tenant List에 포함되면 HTTP 헤더에 Tenant List를 포함 시켜 전달 하고 테넌트를 허용 및 차단 이런식으로 진행합니다. 하지만 현재 Azure AD 사용자들은 tenant List에 포함이 되어있음에도 불구하고 테넌트 차단 페이지가 보여지고 있습니다. 혹시 Azure AD 사용자들에 한해서는 추가로 login.live.com 뿐만 아니라 다른 URL이 필요한가요?
