Hi All,
I am trying to configure WIP with enrollment for Azure AD joined device, but once I have targeted the policy I am not able to login in to the Teams.
When I unenroll the client form WIP policy it should work without an any issue.
I would highly appreciate the help!

According to your description, it seems this issue only happened when you configure the WIP in Intune, right?
If you configure this settings, could you login in Teams web client normally?
Based on my experience, if this issue only occurred when you enroll the client form WIP policy, this may not in Teams client support scope. But let us wait if someone who familiar with these WIP settings could give you some ideas about it.

Yes, when I config WIP in Intune.
Yes, I can login into WEB without an issue.
I also hope so, this could be something related to WIP in Intune.

For this issue, I have tried this action in my lab. I have added the teams app as the protected app and configure the Cloud resources same as yours. Then I deployed it to my user group, I can login the teams desktop app without any issue.

Please find requested details. one thing I have noticed when run Teams "Enterprise Context" showing as a unenlightened in task manager.
1.Please show the screen shots of the protected apps in this WIP policy.
2.Please check if the Enterprise context shows UPN suffix in the Task Manager > Details
But when I rune notepad.exe it will be showing as "enlightened" app.

@Dilan Nanayakkara Microsoft teams is an Unenlightened app. For enlightened and unenlightened apps, it describes them in the following article:

Based on my understanding, it will not affect you to login in the teams app. And I know that you can successfully login in the teams web link. Given this situation, I think it may have something wrong with other aspects.
