i cannot sign in Azure portal.I am getting MFA issue as Error Code: 500121

Hi
I have a free trail version of azure portal and i sign in that and created a MFA authenticator but now i am not able to login to that account i am getting the
500121 error i am not getting the request to my authenticator app also is there any other way to login the azure portal.

Default sign-in method: Authenticator app or hardware token - code and after click done it's not allowed on azure portal please help
