We have a 3rd party application that needs Visual C++ runtime present in the Windows. Due to this we are planning to package vc_redist.x64.exe along with our application and install it automatically.
Are we allowed to bundle and re-distribute vc_redist.x64.exe along with our application or should we have any valid license for redistributing it?

It is quite ambiguous and I couldn't find an explicit answer to my question:
From the link that you have given:
If any of these files are provided by Microsoft, check whether you're permitted to redistribute them. You'll find a link to the Visual Studio license terms in the IDE.
Microsoft provides these files free to download without having option to have Visual Studio Subscription.

So it is not clear if we can redistribute it without having subscription to Visual Studio license
Can you please clarify?
