I work from home and connect to the remote computer in the office, working for a call center, I log in via anyconnect from cisco and everything works fine except the audio, the user hears me very far away instead I listen to them well, checked the configuration and despite it is configured playback on the machine correctly does not pass the flow of the microphone correctly.
I use Mac Mini 2020 with m1, how can we solve the problem?
