Authenticator account deleted by accident

I accidentally delete my ms 365 account from te authenticator app and now It asks for two-step verification step but i don't get access codes pra access approval, what should i do to again access tô my 365 account again

    Ask your IT support team or another administrator to reset your methods. If you were the only admin, then call support: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Contact-Office-365-for-business-support-32a17ca7-6fa0-4870-8a8d-e25ba4ccfd4b#BKMK_call_support
