As a global admin on O365, how can i get a list of meetings and also download the Microsoft Teams recording knowing that recordings are now saved on the users one drive?

I need to get a list and also download the Microsoft Teams meetings recording of my tenant for a specific period. Knowing that recordings are now saved on the users (recording initiators) one drive profile.

You cannot, there is no functionality/API that will return a list of meetings across the whole tenant currently. Best you can do is get the meetingID out of an invite that was sent and use it to fetch the recording.
