Any chance of save my progression in Microsoft Learn into my personal account?

Hello.

I did partial learning path from "Microsoft Learn" using my corportate user. However, I'm leaving my current company in the next couple of days. I wonder if there is a way of link my progression so far to a personal account. I guess I will have access to a new corporate account eventually and I'd will like to keep the track so far.

Is this doable?
