I have pushed KB5008601 (OS Build 14393.4771) Out-of-band on non-DC servers and it got install on it. Now the issue is SQL SSIS server is taking high CPU. If I uninstall patch then it is not utilizing CPU. Does KB5008601 is for DC only?
Update from Microsoft on KB5008601. Some SQL files (dll & xml) are part of this KB.

Thanks for your sharing on this forum.
I did found that the KB update emphasize authentication failures on domain controllers that run Windows Server.

@Leon Laude Thank you for your reply. But I observed post installation it is causing SSIS service high CPU utilization on SQL servers in our environment. We have logged a case with MS, SQL side they didn't find any issue. Issue is with patch only.
If this patch is causing issues for your production, then I would for now uninstall the patch on the servers where you have SSIS running.
