Email Deliverability Issues to Outlook/Hotmail Emails

Hi!

I have an issue where I'm running a cPanel VPS on a dedicated IP trying to send emails to Outlook/Hotmail accounts. After configuring and contacting the Outlook.com Deliverability Support Team, my mail delivery reports finally show that the IP is not blacklisted and emails are accepted.

However, only emails from my server that are replies to messages from an Outlook/Hotmail account will be received, whereas new emails sent from my domain to Outlook/Hotmail accounts are missing, even though my mail delivery logs show that the email is accepted by server.

Is there something I am missing on my end to make this work?

    Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
