I found that there're many have the same issue as yours. You can refer to this similar thread. It might be an Edge issue with newer version.
I suggest that you follow the steps provided by Edge CM in the thread: navigate to edge://crashes
and submit feedback on one of the DevTools crashes. Please also describe what's happening in the feedback. Edge team will check the feedback and improve the product continuously.
