How i can make a copy of our SPFx web part one version for UAT other for Development inside the same App Catalogue

Question

I have developed an react SPFx web part for our SharePoint online tenant. now i want to make another copy of the SPFx to create a UAT site collection. so my question, if what are the steps to have 2 copies of the SPFX, and deploy them to the same App Catalogue ?
