Unable to disable "attachment" column in Sharepoint list

Hello, i gave up with 10th google page :D Please help me.

I'm creating Sharepoint list and i don't need attachments in it:

I have disabled it in advanced settings. I untick "Add attachments column to default view " and after save it still appears

but with that i cannot see attachment in classic experience

I can't see attachment in Power apps

and i didn't have any problems with attachment disabling in other tenant on m365

    I can reproduce the issue in one tenant and in other tenant disable attachments works well.

    Whether this tenant has policy enabled?

    I suggest you open a service request with Microsoft.
