Hi,

In our our environment we have few windows 10 21H1 machines which shows compliant even when no patches has been installed in it. These machines were upgraded in May month via enablement package and the machines didn't receive any update after that. Build number of these machines are 10.0.19043.928.

WUAhandler.log shows scan successful and updatestore.log shows 0 updates missing. Can someone suggest how to fix this.

Thanks,
Natha.

Just going to ask the question; in your Console, under Software Updates, if you search for 21H1 in Titles, you do see the Cumulative Updates for 21H1 ?

Compliant against what? You haven't specified what are you trying install here.

Did you check the scanagent log on the devices in question? Are they using cached scan results by any chance?

    Hi @Nathaniel Thomas ,

In our our environment we have few windows 10 21H1 machines which shows compliant even when no patches has been installed in it.

The meaning of compliant is the update is required and it has been installed, the other situation is the update is not required, and it has not been installed.

Agree with Sherry and RahulJindal, the key of question should be the computer could not scan these updates are required. Are these client is normal in the console? If so, we could check CcmMessaging.log, it records activities related to communication between the client and management points.
