What is difference between x64 & ARM64

I have installed VS2022 few days back and when see its interface then i saw it has few more options for click once publish called ARM64.

i know what is x64 but do not know what is ARM64 ?

i try to know searching google but found no easy explanation for ARM64. so please some one can explain

1) what is ARM64 & advantage too ?
2) How ARM64 is different from x64?
3) when i choose this ARM64 ?

please discuss with sample scenario. Thanks
