My game went through submission, I even tested it and they tested it and everything worked fine, but when it hits the store I’m getting review after review saying the input doesn’t work. I wanna know what happened and why this is happening.

Since You could reproduce this issue, please try to troubleshooting this problem on your device. You could try to run the app in release mode in Xbox to check if this will happen when debugging. Or it happens only when downloaded from the Store? Is there any exception or error that will lead the app crash?

This only happens in store, I’ve debugged it, run every test possible and this only happens while in store.
