asp.net chart not showing in client browser after publishing in iis web server

I am developing application and i used ASP.NET chart controls.
The problem is, chart is displaying with all the points in local system at all the browsers.
But, when i published in iis web server, the chart will not be displaying. it means it shows blank place..
what is the problem and is there any settings needs to be added in server...?
pls. help and this is most priority requirement.

AgaveJoe 30,126 Reputation points2021-11-27T15:14:22.943+00:00 Syncfusion is a paid for 3rd party control library not the ASP.NET chart control. Perhaps you did not deploy the library according to the Syncfusion documentation. Or maybe local environment is different than the hosted environment.
Anyway, reach out to Syncfusion for assistance.

2021-11-28T12:07:09.4+00:00 i tried the last chance for Syncfusion. But, anyhow this is not part of the control and we didn't use Syncfusion in our application.
I removed Syncfusion also. still it is not working..

This is code will be working in local system. It means, chart and it's value displaying properly.
While hosted in server, i am not able see chart itself. it shows some white space square.

2021-11-28T14:29:33.807+00:00 The btnOk_Click handler adds points when the row count is one or greater. I assume Tables[0] contains zero records. Execution never enters the conditional statement and the btnOk_Click handler exists without populating a point. That would explain the blank chart.
You did not share the code that populates the dataset. There can be all kinds of logical issues especially if the data is filtered in some way. However, you should be able to execute the query against the appropriate DB to see what happens.

Now it's coming correct values with chart.
