When not active W10 close opened programs

Hello,
I have programs that I keep opened during the night (for whatever reason) and in the morning I find them all closed.

This is annoying and sometime a real problem.

I have checked the advanced part of power settings with no results.

How can I fix this so W10 never close my programs?
