Xamarin form app : Android app restarts when app is opened by clicking app icon.

Issue Scenario :
- Install Xamarin form app in Android phone.
- Open app and go to any other screen in the app.
- Press home button.
- Open app by clicking the app icon.
- The app restarts from the launch page instead of resuming.
This issue is not observed when app is opened from the multitask window.
Please provide inputs to resolve the issue.

Anonymous2021-11-28T06:59:49.357+00:00 I create a demo with Xamarin.Forms 5.0.0.2012 and Google pixel with android 9.0, my demo running normally, can you share a demo to me? And please make sure if you application in the background for a long time, Please notice Background Execution Limits in Android 8.0, And try to add a foreground service to your application, then make a test, if your application cound running normally.

Please follow the below process to reproduce the issue.
1.In Visual studio select the "Release" build type.
2.Archive and generate a Adhoc release apk.
3.Install the apk in Android 10 version device.
4.Open the app and go to any other screen.
5.tap on home button and minimize the app.
6.click on the app icon to reopen the app.The app restarts instead of resuming.
I have used the same xamarinforms version 5.0.0.2012. -
