Unable to see certification in dashboard which is completed

Dear Team,
I have completed AZ-400 certification on 23rd November 2021. I am able to see scorecard also but whenver I clicked into Certification button it's not navigating anywhere overall I am not able to see and download my AZ-400 certification. Kindly help me

@ASHISH GOYAL Sometime the link is broken because of cookies. Try clearing cookies and login to MS Certification page again. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx .

Please note it can take up to 48 hours after passing an exam for a certificate to be generated.

@Dr Jefferson YES ! I have dedicated MS EDGE for Microsoft related websites. For non MS website I use other browsers. The good thing about edge is you can convert any website to an app and edge have an option called Read aloud which really is handy while reading with Microsoft learn or something else.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

Thanks a lot for your response. I have deleted cookies and tried all browsers. Even MS Edge as well. Results are same. Today I completed another AZ exam which I am able to see in certification section in MS dashboad but still unable to find my AZ-400 certification yet. Kindly suggest.

Did you tried reaching with Microsoft certification help? I suggest you to email Microsoft team instead. As per MS website certificate should be appeared within 48 hours.

@ASHISH GOYAL Once I too had a question and moderator (microsoftanswers@microsoft.com) answered me in a official way which was very helpful. To obtain this login to your account in MS learn website. Go to your profile by clicking your profile photo on top right corner. You can find menus tabs vertical position in the left side of your profile page. There is a menu called Q&A. Cleared my Pl-300 exam two days back but my certificate is not yet reflecting. Can anyone help me out with the issue
