Cleared my Pl-300 exam two days back but my certificate is not yet reflecting. Can anyone help me out with the issue

Dear Team,
I have completed AZ-400 certification on 23rd November 2021. I am able to see scorecard also but whenver I clicked into Certification button it's not navigating anywhere overall I am not able to see and download my AZ-400 certification. Kindly help me

2021-11-27T18:13:57.583+00:00 @Dr Jefferson YES ! I have dedicated MS EDGE for Microsoft related websites. For non MS website I use other browsers. The good thing about edge is you can convert any website to an app and edge have an option called Read aloud which really is handy while reading with Microsoft learn or something else.

To obtain this login to your account in MS learn website. Go to your profile by clicking your profile photo on top right corner. You can find menus tabs vertical position in the left side of your profile page. There is a menu called Q&A. You can ask question there. Some of MS official will answer you within 24 hours. Today I completed another AZ exam which I am able to see in certification section in MS dashboad but still unable to find my AZ-400 certification yet. Kindly suggest.
