Wait for an approval step

Question

I have a "Create an Approval" step that sends approval notification to a dynamic number of people because I don't want to wait for the response

Then I add all the IDs of these approval process to an array

Then for each of the Approval IDs, I run a "Wait for an approval" step and then as and when I receive the approvals/rejection, I deal with them inside the loop

But For some reason, the Wat for an approval loop, waits for all the approvals to finish before it moves to the next step. Kindly help
