I can't find my certificates

I can't find my certificates.
I opened different accounts and lost access to some of them, so I can't find 2 of my certificates. I can provide you with the license number. Kindly add all my certificates and exams under this account. I will delete all the other accounts once the certificates and exams are added to this account.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard
