- Please try to download and Install manually KB2604115 from Microsoft catalog website.
- Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose
- Cleanup below Temp folders
C:\Windows\Temp
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
