Hi guys,
Occasionally, the WSUS is failing to synchronize. It is set to get updates from MS directly. We never had issues before but recently it is failing at least one time per day. We are syncing 4 times a day.
Not a major issue but we are getting repeated alerts and also to avoid any major issue in the future. i have done a WSUS clean up manually .
We are running Config Mgr 1906 with a single primary site and everything is hosted in it.

First off 1906 is an old version, you should upgrade to the latest version.
Next i would look at the log files to see if there was anymore details.
Hi Gary, We are clinging to 1906 because it can manage Win 7. MS stopped supporting Win 7 & Win 2008 from Config Mgr 1910. although it may still work, we didnt want to upgrade to the next version.
i have looked at various logs but there is no clear indication of which update is causing these issues.

Could you mind sharing the whole wsyncmgr.log and softwaredistribution.log for reference?
In addition, please help to confirm whether we could import the updates on the WSUS console manually.
