    We have a similar problem.
We are using a calendar with a shared mailbox to book Teams meetings in.

It has worked for many years and all of a sudden we had the same problem with people getting stuck in the lobby even though we changed the settings to "Everyone".

After some troubleshooting, we got it working again.

We have converted the shared mailbox to a regular mailbox and assigned a license.
Made a custom meeting policy to let everyone walk past the lobby and assigned the policy to the mailbox.
And after waiting for 24h it begin to work as intended to.

But why has this problem suddenly occured?
