MailBox Unavailable Exception

Hi All,

I have encountered an error while sending email,it was working fine previously,
I almost sent around 70+ email notifications.But today when i run the same application i encountered below error.

What could be the reason for this?

Hi @Blooming Developer ,

From the exception message, the issue might relate to the email address and the mail server.

Please check the email address to see whether it is valid or not? And can you post the related code about sending the email?

Hi @Blooming Developer ,

The code looks okay, but you will send all email via the 25 port. As far as I know, port 25 is the default port for relaying email on the internet, but some hosts don't support port 25 for SMTPS. You can try to add logging to collect which email address will show this issue and try another port instead or use 587.

I suspect the email address issue,may be spacing also could cause this issue ryt.
