Reports are returning no data

Just wondering if there is a delay for retrieving data for new clients to Bing Ads via the API. We are trying to retrieve the following 3 reports:
- GoalsAndFunnelsReport
- AdGroupPerformanceReport
- KeywordPerformanceReport
Even though we can see campaign-based data in the Bing Ads dashboard, these reports are all returning no data. Please note, this is also a new account that has been created within the past 2 weeks. Would this be caused by a normal delay, or could this be related to an account setting? Thanks!
