AD replication tool keeps crashing when trying to open it

Hi All

The replication tool has been working fine up until last week and now all we get when opening it is
AD replication tool has stopped working. I have tried reinstalling with same results. Anyone else had this issue and if so what's the solution?

    No issues here, might try it on another domain controller.

    I have it running on an other W10 PC just now and its working ok at present like this
