issue inbound rule for rtp

hi

Ive created and inbound rule 10000-20000 udp source any , and allowed . but this traffic is not hitting my VM . i cant see teh traffic when i run a packet trace on teh VM
is RTP traffic allowed?

    this Ok got sorted , my issue was with incorrect port range
