Taskbar dissapearing when maximizing windows

I've seen questions like this, but they were only on Windows 7. The taskbar gets hidden by any program I maximize. How can I fix this? The method the Windows 7 ones listed didn't work, as there were major reworks in settings, and windows 11 has simplified settings, so the option to enable an option didn't appear.

Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try perform a Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?

If not, enable services one by one to identify which one causing the issue and you may update it or uninstall it.
