how to access azure app service domains' Advanced Management portal via azure-sdk-python?

I want to change the root nameservers of my domain, and the only way to do that is on the Advanced Management portal. I've looked at azure.mgmt.dns library but it was only for azure dns and it does'nt allow you to remove root nameservers

    Currently, only way to do this is via Advanced Management Portal, since these are not Azure App Service APIs.
    Having mentioned that, I have also reached out our product engineering team and shared the feedback and also checking if you could use GoDaddy APIs to accomplish your scenario as an alternative.
