Azure Resource Group Deployment V2 task intranet installation

How could i apply this update to my intranet server 2019? I'm using the server personally so i just used a self-signed certificate.

Steps i had done

  1. copied tfx folder from other computer that able to download
  2. created a personal token
  3. while trying to login i got an error

{error:Error:Connection failed. Check your internet connection & collection URL.}
{error:Message: unable to verify the first certificate}

How to solve this problem? I'm using the server personally so i'm not thinking about buying a certificate.

I'm very new to this kind of stuff,hope it was not a to stupid question. Thanks.
