停止中VMの起動時に生じる割り当てエラーについて

Question

停止中VMの起動時に以下の割り当てエラーが生じます。

エラー コード：ResourceOperationFailure
メッセージ：The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'.

現在利用しているVMのサイズがレガシーサイズとなります。（Standard D13 (8 vcpu 数、56 GiB メモリ)）
サポートページを参照したところ、サイズを最新のものにすることを推奨と記載されておりますが、
レガシーのものを利用したまま、本エラーを回避する方法は御座いませんでしょうか。
