To be clear here, Intune does not include any OS or disk imaging capabilities as the intended path to provisioning or reprovisioning a Windows endpoint is to use the OS that is already installed on the device and have the user walk through the OOBE process optionally using Autopilot (which is the preferred method) or to reset the existing Windows OS so that the device once again boots to OOBE. There are different levels of Windows reset that allow for preserving or not preserving user data as well as OEM customizations. Drivers and OS version are always maintained.
The above is applicable only to Windows 10 and 11 though. If the endpoint is not currently running either of these, then you must use an alternate solution to deploy an image to the device.
