Hi, We're trying to set up a Teams Room outbound calling with Premium License and Microsoft 365 Domestic and International Calling Plan. ... all is ok however we have no ability to make general audio calls. Everything appears to be set up correctly however when dialing a number we get the following: "You are not set up to use this feature please contact an admin" Can you please assist or point me in the right direction of where i should be looking? Thanks

Hi @IBN we have no ability to make general audio calls. I am not sure what is your meaning of general audio calls, do you mean this audio call option cannot be used? If you cannot see this option in your client, please contact with your Teams admin and check if your calling policy setting "Make private calls " turned on. I am not sure what is your meaning of general audio calls, do you mean this audio call option cannot be used?

If you cannot see this option in your client, please contact with your Teams admin and check if your calling policy setting "Make private calls " turned on.

Yes we have enable private calls but we are still having the same problem.

Hi @IBN

Before you deploy Microsoft Teams Rooms with Office 365, be sure you have met the requirements:

1)You must have the Skype for Business Online (Plan 2, or an Enterprise-based plan) or higher in your Office 365 plan. The plan needs to allow dial-in conferencing capabilities.
2)If you need dial-in capabilities from a meeting, you will need an Audio Conferencing and Phone System license. If you need dial-out capabilities from a meeting, you will need an Audio Conferencing license.
3)Your tenant users must have Exchange mailboxes.
4)Your Microsoft Teams Rooms account does require at a minimum a Skype for Business Online (Plan 2) license, but it does not require an Exchange Online license. See Microsoft Teams Rooms licenses for details.
