Hello.
I am not sure if it is just me, but has my dev channel has not been updating lately. Maybe it is just me and it is updating in the background, but I have not seen anything in Windows update. (or maybe I just have a terrible memory)
Is the dev channel for Windows 11 just not getting any updates right now, or is it my computer?

Have you tried check for update?
Are you seeing any error message when you attempt to update?
I have checked Windows update. It shows nothing. I am gonna try to run the troubleshooter.
So there is no error message?
Try run the troubleshooter and you may report this issue using the Feedback Hub app.
I ran the trouble shooter, It gave me something that it claimed it fixed. I tried and I got no update. Or am I on the newest build?

From what you explained , I believe there is bug and make sure open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Open start and search for cmd or Command prompt and then type the following command:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and let it runs.
