One of our members of staff is trying to communicate with an external client, but the inbound emails keep getting blocked. I check on our cloud-based filter and it says the emails are being rejected by our Exchange 2013 server with the error 554 5.1.0 Sender Denied. I've added the client to bypassed senders, recipients and sender domains in Content Filtering, but the emails still aren't getting through.
