Certification opportunities

Could you please help me understand why there are many certification programs for Azure products, but nothing for other directions (e.g. Asp.Net Core, Entity Framework Core, etc.)

I can't really give you a definitive answer to your question. The only thing I can do is point you to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/posts/mcsa-mcsd-mcse-certifications-retire-with-continued-investment-to-role-based-certifications. In my own opinion, I surmise that many industries are shifting towards cloud-based workloads and therefore certifications towards that end are more desirable in this type of market.
