How did you reinstall Queue Viewer? Not sure what that means

I have a problem with Exchange Queue Viewer. It works until it is refreshed. After that I get an error:
Then the Queue Viewer does not display any information.
Exchagne on prem in version: 15.2 nuild 986.5
Queue Viewer version: 15.02.0986.005
Reinstalling Queue Viewer does not help.

I would start by getting them on the latest CU/RU if they are not, and it's likely to go away, secondly 2010 is end of mainstream support, there are a couple of years left on extended support, I would update their box then focus on the move forward.
