Problem with Exchange Queue Viewer

Hello,
I have a problem with Exchange Queue Viewer. It works until it is refreshed. After that I get an error: 153788-screenshot-3.png
Then the Queue Viewer does not display any information.
Exchagne on prem in version: 15.2 nuild 986.5
Queue Viewer version: 15.02.0986.005
Reinstalling Queue Viewer does not help.

    How did you reinstall Queue Viewer? Not sure what that means

    If this is the Exchange Management tools Only installation on another server, ensure the CU and Security updates installed match what is installed on the Exchange Server

    I would start by getting them on the latest CU/RU if they are not, and it's likely to go away, secondly 2010 is end of mainstream support, there are a couple of years left on extended support, I would update their box then focus on the move forward.
