What can my client be missing to get this fixed?
could my user be blocked even though it was removed?
My other IT person sent me this
AzureAD -> Security -> MFA -> Block/Unblock Users
See if your account is listed in the blocked users specifically for MFA. I’m wondering if when they “disabled” MFA for you, they did this by blocking the account from MFA. I did find another Microsoft blog where this caused the exact same behavior you’re seeing.
Again, according to my client I am not blocked
Client is in the middle of a D365 go live and I have no ability to login to help.
