Microsoft Authenticator

Question

Got new phone and app will not let me login to the app. It tells me to check my authenticator app. Which im using to log in with…
I have tried removing the app and reinstalling it and nothing helps. Need this to work for my job.

Install the authenticator app, then before adding any accounts sign in to your recovery account to begin restore.
